As you may already be aware, the Government is acting to cushion the blow from the coronavirus for businesses and households to help you get through to the other side of the crisis, as the world deals with the significant challenges posed by its spread.
Here are some quick links provided by the Minister for Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business that outline the measures available to small and medium businesses, sole traders and households under economic support package announced by Government.
The government has introduced a $130 billion JobKeeper Payment scheme to support businesses significantly affected by the coronavirus to help keep more Australians in jobs. The new JobKeeper payment is now available for eligible employers to help them pay their employees. If you’re an employer looking to apply for the payment, visit the ATO website for more information.
